This wife and mother overcame physical and sexual abuse, teenage pregnancy, and addiction in her family to make millions in sales in her businesses.
As Founder and Creative Director at the Business Startup & Marketing Solutions Ltd, Joan consults with and coach her clients to start businesses and maintain brand omnipresence and effective marketing.

As a Speaker, she has traveled and spoken across the globe on relationships, leadership, spirituality, women in business, and more. Joan created an online Business Mogul Academy, a platform that teaches and trains hundreds of students in over 30 areas of business, she also operates an online women’s apparel boutique. At the age of 17, Joan was a pregnant, homeless, high school dropout, seemingly with no hope for the future. She now holds a Bachelor in Management Studies and Politics from the University of the West Indies (Jamaica). An LLB degree (Law) from the University of London, a Masters in Business Administration & Leadership from Kaplan University (USA), and will complete her doctoral studies in September 2020.
As a corporate responsible CEO, her company gives back a percentage of her annual earnings to the Maxfield Park Children's Home to support aged-out orphans to attend college. The same orphanage that Joan spent sleepless nights in, as a ward of the State!
